In this regard, you can be subject to video protection and video recording as you pass through the entrances and exits and/or visit the facilities within Disneyland Paris. All cameras are set to monitor and record images only from the public spaces around and within Disneyland Paris.
The video protection and video recording are carried out in compliance with Art. L 251-1 et seq. of French Security Code and Decree 2006-929 of July 28, 2006 for the purposes of ensuring, within the premises of Disneyland Paris, the physical security of people, rescue of people, fire protection, prevention of natural and technological risks, prevention of damage to property, fight against mark-down or theft, prevention of terrorism, and theme parks security. These purposes represent legitimate interests in the processing of personal data within the meaning of Article 6(1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The recorded videos will be processed by Euro Disney Associés S.A.S., having its registered office at 1, rond-point d’Isigny 77700 Chessy, France.
Your personal data, processed within the specified video protection and video recording, will be treated as confidential and will be accessed only by a limited number of specifically and individually authorized persons within Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. on a ‘need-to-know’ basis.
The video recordings and video images from these cameras can be disclosed to: 1) the persons to whom they relate (i.e., the captured individuals); 2) competent state authorities; and 3) persons processing the data on assignment by Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. in accordance with applicable laws.
The video recordings will be stored for 14 days from their capture.
